In addition to that, I would love to see some traditional classic fighting game modes added for single player and versus like survival, team battle, time attack, endurance, etc. I wouldnвЂ™t be opposed to a вЂњbeat em upвЂќ mode similar to вЂњTekken forceвЂќ or Tekken 6вЂ™s scenario campaign. One where you can either be a heroic soldier who protects their people and serves a king, working their way up to eventually become the leader themselves, or be an evil traitor who murders their king and proceeds to rule over as many territories as they please, executing any potential recruits who refuse to join your army. Perhaps this time, they could take this further, in a fashion similar to the вЂњEmpiresвЂќ spin-offs of the Dynasty Warriors series. A mode where you create a party of custom characters and lead an army in a blend of the traditional fighting gameplay and a strategy game. Something like Chronicles of the Sword from SC3 would be amazing. Not only in the main story, but also in the weapon master/libra of soul type mode. One thing I would love to see is more cutscenes rendered in the gameplay engine. Soul Calibur VI had some pretty cool story content, with two separate story modes. I feel like ZWEI can be redeemed with a redesign, as he had a cool and unique fighting style, he just looked too вЂњshonen-esque.вЂќДЇor new characters I would love to see things like: a Knight wielding a sword and large shield, a man with a musket rifle complete with a bayonet, an archer, a Zulu-style African tribal warrior, a Spanish Picaro thief with flintlock pistols and smokebombs, a Polynesian warrior with a shark-tooth sword, and someone who uses a chained flail weapon. IвЂ™m hoping that most or all of SC6вЂ™s roster can return, in addition to the return of fellas like Rock, Lizardman, Revenant, and even some of the SCV newcomers like Viola and ZWEI. Well, we likely wonвЂ™t see SC7 for a while, but has been over 2 years since the release of SC6, so itвЂ™s not entirely unreasonable to speculate some ideas.
